HISTORY OF THE COMPANY
ROYAL BUSINESS TRADING LLC, was established and incorporated on November 27, 2006 as Limited Liability Company (LLC) and operates in United Arab Emirates under a trade license issued by the Department of Economic Development of the Government of Dubai.
The management and control are vested with Mr. Shahram, director and owner of the company. Mr. Shahram is an Iranian entrepreneur and been living in UAE for 7 years.
ACTIVITIES/PRODUCTS
The Principle activities of the company consist of general trading mainly dealing in electronic items, cars and spare parts.
TERMS OF BUYING
We do business and buy through irrevocable and transferable Letter of Credit from Bank, payable 100% either at sight, 180 days or 360 days from negotiation date; and we ship goods through vessel within 30 days of operative Letter of Credit.
TERMS OF SELLING
We Royal Business General Trading LLC do business and sell through irrevocable and transferable Letter of Credit from Bank, payable 100% either at sight, 180 days or 360 days from negotiation date; and we ship goods through vessel within 30 days of operative Letter of Credit.
